Active Cooling
PhytoMAX-4 increases efficiency and maximizes lifespan by actively cooling the LEDs. Cooler LEDs run more efficiently and have a longer lifespan, especially for the specialty UV and violet LEDs we use. While fans are a moving part, we've never had one fail in tens of thousands of lights over the past 13 years, plus our patented design includes multiple redundant fans. The Phyto-Genesis Spectrum
Don’t be fooled by the imitations with their limitations.
The Phyto-Genesis Spectrum has been finely-tuned to not just grow plants, but to grow more-compact, more productive and higher-quality flowers, fruit and leaves. Unlike most LED grow lights that use white or white and red LEDs, we incorporate 8 different LED colors to target specific responses from the plants, known as photomorphogenesis.
Our spectrum triggers plants' hormonal response to different colors of light and the ratio of these colors to minimize stem growth while maximizing flower and fruit production. Compact, bushier plants are not only easier to work with but also maximize yield per square foot.
Ultraviolet
3% ultraviolet light(<400nm) mimics the sun's natural UV light, keeping plants bushier and more compact, more resistant to pathogens and insects, and producing more terpenes and pigments.
Unlike supplemental UV light bars, PhytoMAX-4 evenly distributes UV light across the entire growing area, and at a concentration that gives your plants the benefits of ultraviolet throughout the entire growing cycle, not just restricted to the last couple weeks of flower.
Infrared / Far Red
Infrared / far red light (700-750nm) increases photosynthetic efficiency through the Emerson Effect. Too much can cause stem elongation but when paired with the right ratio of red and blue light as in the Phyto-Genesis Spectrum, it increases yields.
Violet
Violet light (400-450nm) better penetrates dense plant canopies to nourish lower leaves, allowing high-quality flowers and fruit to grow lower on the plant.
Blue
Blue light (450-480nm) triggers chlorophyll B photosynthesis more efficiently than green or yellow light, and helps keep leaves more compact for better canopy penetration.
Red
Red light (600-700nm) drives photosynthesis, but can also cause plants to elongate their stems if not matched with an appropriate amount of blue light.

SP versus SC Models
The only difference between the SP and SC models is the power cord and the voltage it can handle.
As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for shipment we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment. Please see current estimated lead times on the product page for each product.

Order Shipment
Most products ship within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your order (unless indicated on the product page). Some items take a bit longer to ship since they are built to order (i.e. ChilLED Tech, Trimmers, etc). We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If a week has gone by and you do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.
U.S. Shipping
We are based in Portland, Oregon with warehouses nationwide. We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too) via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers (product/brand dependent). Expedited shipping is usually available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a quote.
After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to PO boxes in some cases. We recommend using a street/residential address instead.
International Orders
Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers.Most quotes can be obtained at checkout. If not, please email us to receive a shipping quote for lights shipped outside of the USA. You may also place an order on our online store for items that require a quote and we will notify you via email on the exact shipping costs.
Some items/brands can be shipped for free.
Items shipped internationally from the USA may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not LED Grow Lights Depot.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal/Venmo), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped.
All EZTrim orders are final and non-refundable or returnable.

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free!
