GrowPros Under Canopy Full-Spectrum vs Deep Red Spectrum
The GrowPros Under Canopy Full-spectrum lights (this product) are ideal as a standard solution for use throughout the entire growth cycle. In contrast, the Deep Red lights are more specialized, enhancing the flowering cycle.
Some customers prefer the Deep Red spectrum because it promotes larger buds. However, others prefer full-spectrum lighting as it provides better flower density and enhances the color of the flowers.
Full-spectrum lighting performs exceptionally well with both LEDs and HPS systems. The Deep Red spectrum is particularly effective for older LED models like the Grower's Choice ROI-E720, Gavita 1700e, or the original LUXX 645 (not XR), which lacked Deep Red light.

In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. Most products ship within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your order (unless indicated on the product page). Some items take a bit longer to ship since they are built to order (i.e. ChilLED Tech, Trimmers, etc). We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If a week has gone by and you do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.
U.S. Shipping
We are based in Portland, Oregon with warehouses nationwide. We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too) via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers (product/brand dependent). Expedited shipping is usually available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a quote.
After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to PO boxes in some cases. We recommend using a street/residential address instead.
International Orders
Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers.Most quotes can be obtained at checkout. If not, please email us to receive a shipping quote for lights shipped outside of the USA. You may also place an order on our online store for items that require a quote and we will notify you via email on the exact shipping costs.
Some items/brands can be shipped for free.
Items shipped internationally from the USA may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not LED Grow Lights Depot.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped.

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.
