Scynce LED Dragon Alpha III

Welcome to the next evolution of Scynce's flagship fixture. The latest generation of fixture not​ only offers the same quality and control you’ve come to expect​ and love from Scynce LED, but they've game to further​ enhance your experience.

The first feature to note is the passively cooled heatsink, which offers a​ reduction in power consumption in your facility. Next is a optimized optical​ footprint, offering a more even light distribution to your canopy. They've also​ redesigned the power daisy-chain system, you can now plug the next light into the​ previous light making it very simple to optimize your facility power layout, and reduce​ the cost of your electrical system installation.

Scynce not only thought about light features and setup, they've also added features to
make the more serviceable and easier to troubleshoot. By moving the power supply
and controller offboard and making the system easily hot-swappable, your facility will have less down​ time when the unforeseeable happens.

Light Delivery

The patented optics allow plants to see equal light intensity and evenly distributed light from all angles. Meaning that the canopy is fully emersed in light from above and from
the sides, pushing light deeper into the canopy. This even distribution of light prevents hot/burned spots, and portions of the canopy from growing at inconsistent rates. The result in a larger growing surface with even more plant density below the canopy surface.


 
 

FULL POWER SPECTRUM TUNING

The fixture delivers full control over the spectrum without any loss of power. With ±1,000 PPFD of any spectrum between 2700k and 6500k (warm to cool), you control what type of white light gets delivered to your plants. The red/far-red channel provides over 600 PPFD of energy that can be evenly split between 660nm or 730nm or completely turned off. The fixture produces 1,200 PPFD of on-the-fly customizable plant growing photonic power.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for shipment we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment. Please see current estimated lead times on the product page for each product.

Order Shipment

Most products ship within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your order (unless indicated on the product page). Some items take a bit longer to ship since they are built to order (i.e. ChilLED Tech, Trimmers, etc). We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If a week has gone by and you do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.

U.S. Shipping

We are based in Portland, Oregon with warehouses nationwide. We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too) via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers (product/brand dependent). Expedited shipping is usually available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a quote.

After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to PO boxes in some cases. We recommend using a street/residential address instead.

International Orders

Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers. Most quotes can be obtained at checkout. If not, please email us to receive a shipping quote for lights shipped outside of the USA. You may also place an order on our online store for items that require a quote and we will notify you via email on the exact shipping costs. 

Some items/brands can be shipped for free.

Items shipped internationally from the USA may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not LED Grow Lights Depot.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped. 

All EZTrim orders are final and non-refundable or returnable.

Returns

A 5-25% restocking fee (brand dependent) may apply for returns within the dates of the return policy. Reach out to us for exact return instructions and restocking fees for the item(s) that you purchased since these vary by brand. 'Route Package Protection' cannot be refunded if an item is returned en route or after you receive it.

Route Refunds vs Reorders

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free!

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered Orders over $100 USD require a police report

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

Damaged

File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route package protection at checkout.

Does Route Protect cover stolen items?

Yes! When you insure your orders with Route Protect, stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds.

What if I need to cancel or return my order?

LED Grow Lights Depot can only reimburse you for Route package protection if the order has not shipped yet. If an order is cancelled en route or if you want to return your order, we cannot refund you for the Route package protection. No partial refunds for Route will be granted.
