The Amare SolarPro SP900 features white-light technology via four powerful High-Intensity CREE CXB3590 COB emitters. The COBs are housed in a patented reflector array and come with removable secondary optics. 5 supplemental 5W Cree diodes surround each COB. 150 additional 5W diodes sit in five clusters across the module for additional intensity.
Altogether, the unit will replace a 1000W DE Gavita while drawing 900W. The SP900 covers a 5x5 area for flower.
The COBs and supplemental diodes create the perfect spectrum with a CRI of 90. The large amount of green light in the spectrum helps to drive photosynthesis more efficiently than red and blue light and to penetrate the canopy. It also allows you to view your plants in a natural white light.
The quality of this LED grow light does not stop at the surface. The heat management system contains premium high-CFM ball-bearing fans and proprietary copper-core heat-sinks.
The COBs and supplemental diodes can be switched on and off independently to save energy and vary the spectrum for different growth phases.
The unit measures 24" x 24" and weighs 42 lbs. Also available in an air-cooled version. 5-year warranty.
