Intuitive AI

The CONTROLLER AI+ continuously monitors your grow space, making precise environmental adjustments to maintain stability. Its smart programming enables the CO2 sensor to work with a fan, activating only when necessary to optimize fresh air exchange (FAE) and points per million (PPM). This maximizes photosynthesis efficiency, promoting healthier, more robust plants. Controller AI+ is always learning, analyzing previous results to avoid over or undershooting output levels and better optimize your climate. Pair it with our app via Wi-Fi to select your AI input based on your experience level. For convenience & ease of use, beginner mode gets you started by taking complete control of your grow. Its AI-generated presets will adjust your settings based on what your plant is and what grow devices you have. For those who want fine-tuned control, advanced mode is perfect for greater customization and setting your desired pace.

Supportive AI App Assistant

The app additionally offers helpful grow guides, recipes, articles, video tutorials, and chatbot assistance that will equip you with the knowledge to improve how you grow. It also features performance scores that help to ensure optimal conditions by providing useful recommendations. Get access to additional device controls, like clip fan oscillation and heater mode switching, and controller programming like triggers, timers, and min/max on levels. App programming is retained even when Wi-Fi access is cut off, so your grow continues to run.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for shipment we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment. Please see current estimated lead times on the product page for each product.

Order Shipment

Most products ship within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your order (unless indicated on the product page). Some items take a bit longer to ship since they are built to order (i.e. ChilLED Tech, Trimmers, etc). We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If a week has gone by and you do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.

U.S. Shipping

We are based in Portland, Oregon with warehouses nationwide. We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too) via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers (product/brand dependent). Expedited shipping is usually available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a quote.

After the order is processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to PO boxes in some cases. We recommend using a street/residential address instead.

International Orders

Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other couriers. Most quotes can be obtained at checkout. If not, please email us to receive a shipping quote for lights shipped outside of the USA. You may also place an order on our online store for items that require a quote and we will notify you via email on the exact shipping costs. 

Some items/brands can be shipped for free.

Items shipped internationally from the USA may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not LED Grow Lights Depot.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit card), 3.5% (PayPal/Venmo), 4.0% (PayPal International), 4.1% (American Express), or 6.5% (Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle) order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees. If you purchased 'Route Package Protection', this can not be refunded after the order has shipped. 

All EZTrim orders are final and non-refundable or returnable.

Returns

A 5-25% restocking fee (brand dependent) may apply for returns within the dates of the return policy. Route Refunds vs Reorders

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free!

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered Orders over $100 USD require a police report

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

Damaged

File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route package protection at checkout.

Does Route Protect cover stolen items?

Yes! When you insure your orders with Route Protect, stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds.

What if I need to cancel or return my order?

LED Grow Lights Depot can only reimburse you for Route package protection if the order has not shipped yet. If an order is cancelled en route or if you want to return your order, we cannot refund you for the Route package protection. No partial refunds for Route will be granted.
